Rattling Brook Falls, Newfoundland
Rattling Brook is a small inlet coastal village located in North Central Newfoundland. I took the ferry back from Labrador, stopped at Lomond River in Gros Morne National Park to do laundry and rest and then continued on towards Twillingate over a 3 day period. I stopped at Rattling Brook Falls – 800 feet high (some say it is only 460 feet high). The boardwalk did not go high enough (first picture of falls) to get a full view of the falls so I did a little rock scrambling (3rd picture – point at right top) to reach a higher point. Last picture from the higher point shows more of the falls.
