Fleur de Lys and Baie Verte

On the way from Grand Falls to Corner Brook, I took a side trip up the Baie Verte peninsula. Fleur de Lys lies at the end of the peninsula and gets its name from the 3 mountains behind it that look like the top of a Fleur de Lys.
I took a few hikes to see some nice scenery and a 1600 year old soapstone quarry. The Dorset did not have metal so they made pots and oil lamps from soapstone.
