North Cascades
The North Cascades are very rugged mountains with 10 times the number of glaciers found in Glacier National Park. The road through the park is mostly low in the valley and it is difficult to see the peaks. There is a road leading from Marblemount that will allow you to get higher but we didn’t find out early enough to use it. It rained and I did not get any pictures of snow covered peaks.
